Order Processing (1–3 Business Days)
This stage includes:

  • Order confirmation • Quality check of each item • Preparation of any personalized or special-request items (if selected) • Secure packaging and preparation for shipment

Note: Some orders may require additional processing time, especially during peak seasons, promotional periods, or for customized items.

Delivery Time (7–14 Business Days)
This stage covers the full transportation process from our international logistics center to your delivery address.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier availability, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners, customs authorities, local postal services, or any other external factors outside of our direct control.

During busy periods — including holidays, sale events, and peak seasons — both processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

By placing an order with Barakah Jewelry, you acknowledge and agree that delivery timeframes are estimates only, and that Barakah Jewelry shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from shipping delays caused by third-party partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the "Track Your Order" page available in our website menu.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
