Return Policy

Right of Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the product has not been used • it shows no signs of wear or damage • all original tags and packaging are intact • the product is returned in the same condition as received • a valid tracking number is provided for the return shipment

Items that are used, damaged, altered, or incomplete will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be approved in writing by our customer support team before being sent back. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Defective Products
Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Your request must include:

  • the order number • a clear description of the defect • clear photos of the product and its packaging

We reserve the right to request additional information if necessary.

If the defect cannot be sufficiently verified, or is determined to result from improper use, normal wear and tear, or mishandling after delivery, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • the order number • the name of the product ordered • the name of the product received • clear photos of the received item

If the returned product does not match the claim submitted, we reserve the right to deny the request.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is made for personal reasons (change of mind, ordering error, incorrect size, etc.), the return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. Packages returned without a valid tracking number will not be eligible for a refund.

Barakah Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or incomplete return shipments. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier and retaining your proof of postage.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.

If the product has decreased in value due to use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the loss of value.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider once the refund has been issued on our end.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as they are immediately transmitted to our logistics processing system.

If a customer refuses delivery of the package, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping, handling, and logistics costs incurred as a result.

Fraud and Abuse Protection
Barakah Jewelry takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to:

  • refuse returns in cases of repeated, suspicious, or abusive behavior • restrict or permanently close a customer account • seek compensation in the event of an abusive or fraudulent payment dispute (chargeback) • report suspected fraud to payment providers, relevant authorities, or consumer protection agencies

In cases of suspected fraud, we may request additional identity verification or proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing any refund or return.

Customers who file false claims, initiate unjustified chargebacks, or engage in any form of return fraud may be permanently banned from our store and reported to the relevant authorities.
